The session of the Complaints commission of the Press Council in BiH will be held on Friday, December 22, 2017.

Since the start of the year the Press Council in BiH has received a total of 370 complaints, out of which 241 complaints regard the writings of the press and online media, while 129 regard comments of internet portal visitors.


The Press Council in BiH received a total of 30 complaints since the last session, October to December 2017, out of which eleven (11) were resolved through self-regulation i.e. by publication of a denial, reaction, correction or apology, or by the removal of articles containing hate speech, incitement and discrimination.



The Complaints Commission of the Press Council in BiH will consider the following complaints:

3. Ms. Fatka Kulenovic - bisce.ba

4. Ms. Ljubinka Ninkovic Gavric - atvbl.com

5. Ms. Azra Alajbegovic - faktor.ba

6. Office of the Presiding of the Council of Ministers of BiH – daily “Dnevni Avaz”

7-8. Office of the Presiding of the Council of Ministers of BiH - avaz.ba

9-10. Catholic School Center “St. Franjo”, General High School Tuzla - tuzlarije.net

11. Ms. Lejla Turcilo - dnevnik.ba

12. Ms. Sanel Kajan - dnevnik.ba

13. Ms. Tamara Stijakovic - daily “EuroBlic”.

The session will be attended by the members of the Complaints Commission: Prof. Miodrag Zivanovic PhD, Attorney Drazen Zubak, Attorney Nada Dalipagic, Judge Nada Arsenic, Prof. Enes Osmancevic PhD, Editor Fuad Kovacevic, Jouranlist Milan Sutalo, Jouranlist Muhamed Jusic, Docent Zlatiborka Popov Momcinovic PhD and Journalist Suzana Mijatovic.
